Be in resalable condition

6. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is approved due to our error (defective or incorrect item), return shipping costs will be covered by us. For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
